These are the stories, essays, adventures, and lessons that I love the most, in alphabetical order by title. Many of them are wonderfully crafted stories, some of them are extremely educational, lots of them made me ugly cry or laugh so hard that anyone sitting within a 15 ft radius thought something was seriously wrong with me (this often happens on planes). They range in complexity from simple (but wonderful) children's stories to difficult pieces that took me several sittings to finish. Not all of them are exemplary writing samples but moved me anyway.
These are the books that made me, from childhood and beyond. Each of these pieces have opened my eyes, mind, or heart a little bit more. It's a growing list, and I'll add more books whenever I imprint on another one.
